 Shipping is FREE in the Continental USA! 

We guarantee that your order will be shipped in a timely manner and if your item is not as described or comes damaged, we will replace it for you.  You will need to contact us before returning any item.  In most cases, an RMA number and a call tag can be sent to you which will allow you to ship the item back at no cost to you.  In some cases, you may be responsible for the shipping costs.

You should retain all original packing materials as you will need to package the item in the original packaging for return.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for items returned which are not damaged or not packaged in the original packaging.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

After 30 days, defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer.  You should keep all warranty information.
